It is New Grill Day here at the house. The pos Nexgrill I had finally got to the point it waant safe to use, bottom pan burned out aftrr only a few years.

Told my wife, the next grill I got I wanted to get a decent grill, along the lines of a Weber E series or equivilent.

Had some bonus and OT money come in, so decided it was time. So started grill shopping and looking at the Weber E310 or E315, Weber cant go wrong, then I came across Napolean, equal quality, better warranty, 15 yr vs 10 yr. Has a built in smoker box, may use that on occassion. The one I was looking at is a Lowes exclusive, aka flat black w 3 burners and a side burner.

Decided the Napolean was the one I wanted, dropped the pos old one off at the recycling center on my way to Lowes.

Get there, tell the guy what I wanted and if they had one in the box Id rather that but I wont turn down an assembled one, wife is away this weekend, looked like a good project. He said they have 3 in stock, but wasnt sure if they were assembled or not. He goes to look and I noticed the display price is $100 less than the actual price. He comes back with the assembled grill and let him know, hey you may want to fix your tag, we both know the actual cost is. His response was, well Ill honor the display price but probably wont let you have the 5% for using my Lowes card.

Go up, gets rang up as the advertised price and cashier asks if I want 5% off or 6 months free financing on the card. Ummm 5% off please. With that said, I walked out with a new grill $134 less than if the price was displayed correctly.
