Any suggestions

    On Friday a friend gave me a bottle of Scotch to pass on to another friend for doing him a favor. I laid it on the front seat of my ute and intended to hand it over on Monday night. Some time on Sunday, in the heat of the day the top has blown off the bottle. The bottle was lying on the leather seat! When I got in the car Monday morning the smell is what hit me first, then I noticed a dirty great crack in my windscreen and the 1/4 full bottle of Whiskey. I'm not sure how to get the smell out, and I just know I'll get pulled over by the cops sometime this week and have to talk my way out of the smell. My real dilema is which one of the azzhats do I give the bill for the new windscreen too?
