I was looking for info on refinancing my house. I called qicken loans for a quote based on an unsolicited mass mailer they sent me. That was a few weeks ago. First person i talked to told me that i was in the best spot for me right now till i build more equity in the home. All was fine and i hung up satisfied. Next day, another guy calls. To say that he was pushy was an understatement. He called back the following day claiming to have found a way to really lower my payment AND take a bunch off the back side of the loan. I was interested (of coarse), but told him I'd have to talk it over with Beth. He actually thought i should do it without talking to my wife. He called back the next day with the old bait and switch! That totally made me uninterested in doing business with them. This jacka++ called me literally 3 - 4 times daily (including Sundays) every day for several weeks, leaving several voice mails daily. I finally went off on him last night. All he wanted to do was argue and refused to hang up until i set up a time for an appointment with him! I think I'll give him the same treatment as he'd gave me. I'll call him 5 times a day just to remind him that i will NOT be doing business with them...... Ever!
