I thought they could read

The Prez and Vice haven't a clue in dealing with China. The Chinese feed them a load of chit, maybe in a burger, and they wolf it down. All the Obama administration has to do is read "The Art of War", written by China's most famous general, Sun Tzu, and taught in military academies around the world. It has guided Chinese strategy since the Chin Dynasty. I guess Obama and Biden don't read big words.
If China can't coerce it's neighbors to give up land and mineral rights, it gradually encroaches until it controls the area. If that isn't working, they just take it. Tried and true strategies that appear invisible to this administration.
