Refs

The referees are really starting to become part of the game. Stage Set: Next to last play of the first half, bama vs. Auburn. Bama has the ball. Auburn's def. end trys a speed rush around bama's left tackle. As he goes by, the bama tackle swivels, forearms him in the back of the helmet and knocks him down. The ref is looking at the play, puts his hand on the penalty flag and pulls his hand away.The tackle goes downfield and blocks another Auburn player. A real bad cheap shot, the ref clearly saw it and did nothing. I guess bama pays the refs better than the rest of the SEC.
