So this Statie pulls me over........

    I'm bringing the boat to a dealer in Crystal River Thursday morning. Never been there so I take a ride this morning to find it. Drive by a Trooper all's fine. A bit down the road I see him in the passing lane and he pulls up even with me. I don't look over and pay attention to the road ahead of me. He hits his lights and pulls in behind me:doh:I got a citation for not wearing a seat belt, $116.:censored:He explained I had 2 options, pay the fine, or contest it," any questions ? " So I asked if there was a option 3 where you give a senior and a veteran a warning at Christmas, guess not:thinking:perfect driving record doesn't mean squat I guess. He was doing his job but, sometimes you can let things go.I drive an older Silverado that doesn't ding to remind this old fool to buckle up and usually never do.The old let those who ride decide belief. I feel like a criminal now :dejection:
