stuck at work

    Venting now....I hate this kind of crap. Came in 4 hours early yesterday just so I could beat the weather(not my choice). Worked 4 hours over until 3 this morning because the night crew couldn't make it in. Since I couldn't get home, I had reservations at the onsite hotel. Get there just after 3 am (had to walk a quarter mile because nothing is plowed out, truck was drifted in) and they say we were no-shows because we weren't there by 2 am. :head_on_wall: Finally got rooms anyway. Now I get to sit around here waiting until 3 to start my shift. Supposed to be bitter cold by 11 when I get off with wind chills in the -30 to -40 range. Highways are still closed in spots. Hope I get to go home because tomorrow is my day off. Vent over for now....:censored:
