A Novel Idea

    I ran across an old novel about an innocent man who was freed from prison after 22 years. The Governor commuted his sentence because the prosecutor witheld evidence proving him innocent. How about having a law which says a prosecutor who witholds evidence proving someone innocent take his place in prison for the full term? I bet this would stop this practice cold.
