any diabetics ?

    so today's VA visit was good news bad news. I now am diabetic.Just a bit over the magic number but over just the same. So now the diet changes. More meds and none of the chit I like:censored:Anybody else ? Just curious what you do and don't eat:thinking:I have to go to a class in a week that will help answer questions but I'm not going to starve for 7 days:head_on_wall: But, I guess I'll end up skinny before the 6 carry me away:tooth:
