    Well wish me luck guys, I applied to 2 grade positions, one being a cut, the other grade would be an increase, pay about the same. Wife and I have been going back and forth about the lower grade for the past 2 hours and finally just made the call to put in for it, just too good of an opportunity and would be my way in even if its for the lower grade. Now its time to wait and wait and wait.
