Arkema Plant Explosion and Fire as I see it

    I do not claim to be an expert on this subject, however I have been inside these facilities, and know a little something abut it. I am sharing here what I believe to be the situation. This first photo is an aerial view of the plant located some 25+/- miles east of Houston. I will follow with three inset photos numbered 1, 2, & 3 for a closer look.
