asshole guys next door shot my son's dog today

    yep 7 am today am on the drivewayand I hear 4 shots and my dog comes running back home with his foot shot with a hole thru it. I go over to the guys house and he says ya I shot your dog he was humping my dog. Now I have taken his live stock home at least 12 times when they jump the fence and his dog a hot female has been over a ton of times to get humped and we do nothing but be nice. Now my dog follows his ***** home and he shots it. No phone call no note no nothing. I am pissed! Took him the vet bill and things got hot and I left. Now for the question do we play Hatfield and Mcoys when his ***** comes back or do I take him to court or drop the whole thing. Thanks for letting me vent.
