Bacon Explosion

    Since the boy is with his momma on Christmas morning, I decided to experiment. So, last night I put together my first bacon explosion, got up at 5 this morning and put in the oven at 225*. At 8:00 she was done. Next time we cook on the smoker, one of these will be on it.

    2lbs bacon
    1lb Sausage with extra sage
    1/2lb Mozzarella cheese
    Pork rub
