Balance the budget?

Could you do it? I mean YOU not you and a bunch of CPA'a YOU?
How?

I dont have the smarts alot of you have but heres some things I would start with.
Cut NASA. We dont have any space craft and the russian's are taking us to the space station.
Cut ALL forien aid. They all hate us anyway. Phark'em
Cut white house budget by 1/2 they dont need 7bil and 482 employees
Cut Dept of ED gone!
Cut dept of comerance.
Cut IRS by 1/2
Cut all Moneys to U.N. We dont need them. Kick them out of NY, sell the building.
Bring ALL troops home to protect homeland and close borders.
Cut all grants and funding for BS like "sex life of the honey bee" and "shrimp treadmills"
Cut all private jets for congress and their cronies.
Cut all oversea's trips for cabinet members. If they want to talk to us come see us.
Cut and/or reduce all perks for goverment officals.
