Well I finally had my little Bersa Thunder 380cc let me down this weekend. First "malfunction" I've had with it since I owned it. After putting about 45 rounds through it the trigger failed to operate correctly. It would feel like it was grabbing but would "slip" and not let the hammer fall. Popped the mag out and cycled the round out, put the round back in the mag and inserted it back into the weapon. It fired one round but then the trigger would fail again. Disassembled it when I got home and did a thorough cleaning and inspection. Saw no problems anywhere. Figured it was going to have to be sent in for warranty service. After a little web searching I found a possible problem that had occurred on some of the larger caliber Bersa pistols so I disassembled it again. Lo and behold I found a pin that had backed out just enough to push on the trigger disconnect bar. Put it back in place and everything is good again. If it happens again, which it probably will, I'll talk to my local gunsmith and see what we can do. Heard of some people putting a Loctite product on the pins.

    Here's where the pin sits

It was out just enough to cause problems
