Close call

    My ex wife called last night and said my boy was a little shook up. The ex FIL bought another boat from a guy where he works. Supposedly he bought it because the guy needed some money and was selling it cheap.

    It had a few engine problems, but he thought he had them worked out. They took it to the river yesterday, unloaded, got everyone in and cranked it up. Something ignited and thank the good Lord, they were still at the dock and got everyone out. The FIL tried the extinguisher til it ran out. Three firetrucks showed up and finally got it put out.

    I'm not upset with them at all, it could happen to anyone, but just think if they would have pushed off and been in the middle before cranking the engine. :shocked:
