Condo Restoration Update

Since my last update and rant, changes are finally taking place at my condo. My wife's family was put in charge of ironing out the problems with the contractor. Upon visiting the condo, family associates suggested numerous changes in quality and a completion date of 10 days. They will visit the condo unannounced to inspect the work and to make sure a full work crew is in place. There will be no revised bid to the insurance company. I received some updated pictures of problem areas and they had been repaired with quality work. Amazing what happens when you just appeal for a better response and smile nicely.
