    Got a offer for "Happily Ever After " yesterday. It's low and I left it in the wife's hands. We'll counter and see what happens. We'd like to be back in Florida but this place is really awesome so I guess it's a win win.I think the wife realizes were too old to go through this process yet again:Rolling::Rolling: I'll keep y'all posted,or should I say youse guys one last time ?:innocent0001:
