Couple of good ones from Saturday

Well I decided to go fishing today but I also wanted to sleep in and the cold just made it that much easier to stay in the bed. I finally got up about 8am, made some coffee and dropped my son off at the HS for basketball practice. I then came home and hooked the boat up. Finally got on the water around 1030 and it was still chilly outside. I caught a few keepers on Gambler Ace's T-rigged with my weights. But once the water warmed a bit the shallow cranking bite was on. I would have culled three with these:

3lb and 4lb


7.13lbs for a good kicker fish

It was a good day out and I caught 15 total bass in 5 hrs with a slow start and only 2 were not keeper fish. I was off the water by 4pm.
