demolition derby

    One of my buddies runs in the demolition derbys, so we took the girls to watch an event last night that wasn't too far from home. We don't get a chance to watch him much anymore, because he is always traveling to big events. They go to some events in Indianapolis and other places that pays $10,000-$15,000 to win. But the cars aren't the same either as what I grew up watching. They didn't just take these cars and knock the windows out, chain the doors shut, move the battery and gas tank. These things have a ton of metal welded in them, and some serious engines and transmissions.
