Department of Defense?

    A misnomer as there is no defense in the Department of Defense. !00% OFFENSE all the time. Of course, it may scare some bad people if we called it the Department of Offense. We certainly wouldn't want to offend anyone. I personally think it should be renamed the Department of Shock and Awe.
