Doc "Holliday??"

Doc and I went to the Bama B-ball game last Saturday night but before we got there, we made a little stop at Hoover Tactical and Firearms. HTF is a very unique place. Sells some of the best weapons you can buy and this year, they opened up a state of the art indoor shooting range. And I mean it is NICE!!

Have gotten a couple of handguns last year. One being a Kel-Tec P380 and a Taurus 24/7 9mm. Doc has been on me to take her shooting, so we made a playdate for this past Sat. We get there and it is a little busy but you could tell she was a little nervous. She has never shot a handgun before. Now, I'm no expert but I can shoot, anything. Guns, Bows, even slingshots. Don't know why, but I just can. I put my target up and and imagined it was Harry Reid and/or DNC ChairTwit Debbie Blabbermouth Shultz. So, you can imagine what my target looked like. :tooth: Doc is up next, she just shoots 6 rounds just to get used to something firing in her little hands. I helped her with her stance and grip and told her what was going to happen. I put the target about 12-15 feet away, she sets up and waits a few seconds and fires.....I looked at the target and at first I cannot see where it went. Alas, she had hit the "X" on her first shot!! :shocked: She continued, as you can see,she seems to do very well. Had one went awry and one on the lower left, flinch shot, I guess. But, I just thought I would brag on her a little and she was terribly excited about it and cannot wait to go again. Might have to buy her a membership. :tooth:
