    In your office that knows everything and can do everyones job better then they can. I'll bet we all have one of these guys where we work. Mine has been dealing me fits this week to the point I'd like to catch him in a dark alley some night with a club in my hands. Even when you proof he's wrong he'll never admit he was wrong. You can present a pile of evidence to him and he'll still insists he's right. As an example we were having an issue in the household goods moving section. Three of us totaling over 80 years of doing the job were talking about what should be done. This guy walks up and said I worked part time for a moving company when I was in college 30 years ago so let me tell you how this should be handled.
