Ever had this happen

    Didn't get any sleep last night. As soon as I laid down my hamstrings started to cramp badly. Right leg then left leg. As soon as I got it calmed down the front of my legs cramped at the same time. Then the hammys again. Then the muscles in my ankles and toes. Next was my right forearm, then the hand. This went on over 4 hrs. almost continuously. Just as I thought everything was done the muscles in my left side cramped. It finished off with almost everything cramping for a couple of minutes. Evertything is ok now and I drank a quart of Gatorade. My Dr. put me on a water reduction pill last week. No sleep and my muscles are really sore. Wondering if I've put a strain on my muscles trying to make sure I didn't hurt the back. This getting older really sucks some times.
