F-----g hackers

Parents got hit with some azzwipe hacker from India. Got into their laptop and changed their email password. A couple hours later, after they couldn't access their mail, he conveniently comes on and says he can help. Said he noticed they were having trouble. They said he offered to do a scan and came up with a "bunch" of viruses. Even had some sort of a GIF script come up on the bottom of the screen that looked really funny. He told them that was one of their viruses. :doh: Of course he said he could fix it right up for $180. :head_on_wall: Now they have to ship it to me so I can clean it up. I'd like to put a green dot on top of his red one. :censored:
