Fall Fishing in Review

    This year has been some of the best fall fishing ever. Since the 1st of November the Phoenix has landed 450 bass and 250 crappie. Sometimes me fishing alone, sometimes with Steve, and then a few trips with Jim. Everything was caught at either Beaver Lake Nebraska or Mozingo Lake in Northwest Missouri. All the bass were on a jerkbait. Water temps were as low as 40 degrees before the weather moved in on Wednesday and ended everything. It is surprising how few boats are on the lake from November on..................
