Fishing Log Fact

I kept fishing logs by year and lake most of my life. I have been reading them and pitching them to reduce house clutter. As I read them I have been writing down important facts I have gleaned from them. Today's tidbit.

The nine biggest bass I have caught were in Febuary and March. All were caught on big, slow rolled spinnerbaits in 8 to 20 ft. of water. All were caught between noon and 3 pm. All were caught where the channel swung SHARPLY to the bank and almost immediately swung back out.
