Fishing Trip for Kids May 21

Well, if anybody here is interested in a bunch of kids who have never seen anything but very poor living for their lifetimes, we are taking a bunch of them to Lenoir to pond fish on the 21 of May.

The target fish will be stocked trout. I know nothing more than that about it, we're getting some tackle together for them now, it's all part of the YMCA in Winston Salem. Same kids I build/sail boats with. average age is 10.

The idea is we need folks to show them how to cast, and how to get a fish off the hook. Adults won't be fishing.

This has nothing to do with the Benjamin Moye tournament in the fall. That's the one that is required attendence for everybody here :rock_on:

So let me know if you are interested. We'll prolly carpool up there from the Rowan County part of the world if there is any interest.
