Football Head jig

    I've been catching bass this morning. Didn't expect to catch anything with 100+ degree heat and water temp at 88 degrees. I tried several things without success including several colors of football head jigs. I finally tied on Joey Watts' PB&J color in a 3/4 oz. football head. Bass plum ate that up that color. I told a guy yesterday not to come to LOZ because of the heat and slow fishing. Guess I screwed up on that one. Sorry, Derek.
