    Expect this to be signed the day they pass a budget. The next week McCains idea of cutting Tri-Care Prime for WORKING Vets will likely be law of the land. Some of this chit pisses me off to no end.

    What ever happened to CUTTING the budget not the proposed spending and why the hell does the military always come first not he chopping block? This law does nothing but create or save government jobs.
