Hard times and looks to getting harder!

Hey gang, This year hasn't been good for me and my family. My health for one, but mainly our finances. I am sure there more of us that are all in the same boat. That's what took so long in getting our computer back. Dealing with depression is nothing to laugh about and I have a hard time making it through the darkness. Larry, that's why I haven't sent my reels and baits to be painted yet. I thought surely by now SS disability judge would have his decision made by now. The unknown is killing me!

I do have one small bit of good news though, I know what it's like to have a state record on the end of your line. How much does a bass weigh thats 33 inches long? If it wasn't for a cattle panel in the water, I and Ellie would be in the news! I hooked her on a Chatterbait...one that I made, I love those baits! At the base of the tail, the girth was 9-10 inches or more It had to be(guess). :shocked: Biggest bass I have ever seen! I know that the water will destort the size a bit, but she was no more than 4ft away from me. Best 15 minutes of my life. I would love to see her when her eggs state to develope! ! ! :innocent0001: I never knew a bass could grow that big this far up north! It's funny though, right before I hooked her...I swear I heard the theme for JAWS! I also did a dumb thing! I was using a medium action rod and I should've been using my meduim heavy rods!
