    How come I'm watching this show on great hamburgers and they are all talking about serving them Med Rare, yet the pansies around here wont serve them less than Med Well. Talk about ruining something :head_on_wall:

    I remember back in the football days of going to Waffle House after a game and getting 2 eggs soft scrambled, rare chopped steak and hashbrowns, smothered and covered. And then one day a meat packer forgets to clean his grinder, someone gets E coli and now we all have to suffer.......Thanks Nebguy :Mad:
