    St. Louis played at George Washington in A10 basketball. St. Louis lost by 3 points. GW shot 33 foul shots and St. Louis shot 7. I think the refs made sure the "better" team won. I see this in every league. With all the betting done on college games you would think there would be more complaints about the outcome of many games.
