I admit defeat

Spent time on the water every day for the last four days and basically have nothing to show for it. The river has officially kicked my ass. :head_on_wall: Not sure what's going on. The water temps are good and there are signs of bait everywhere. It's like they went into a mid summer shutdown. Without any recent rains there is very little current. Topwater bite went extinct. I even broke down and went to baits and techniques I used long time ago and had little luck. I got just enough pics to post the smallest limit of fish there ever was. I'm really starting to think that the Asian carp invasion is affecting the native species. I see schools of Bighead carp everywhere I go in the river now.
