I forgot my measuring implement.

    Decided was pretty caught up on stuff around the house, so I grabbed a couple rods, some lures and my OFF tourny badge and out the door I go. Get to the first pond, not a sign of life to be seen. Head over to another pond which has very limited shore access, start throwing a fluke on a scrounger head, FISH ON. Decent fish, run back to the Exploder and get my phone, badge and tape measure to take a pict for tourny. Dang it, no measuring tape, nothing, oh well such is my luck. Thought I left my measuring tape in there somewhere, guess I was wrong. Had one other bite on the scrounger, but my uhhh, ummm drag was a lil loose and didnt get the hook set I wanted, of course he came unbuttoned.

    No further bites on the scrounger, switch over to texas rigged senko, FISH ON!!. Fight is on, get him to shore, quick photo and that was the last fish of the day for me. If I had only double checked to make sure my tape measure was still in the back of the Exploder. Oh well, such is life, esp mine
