I had a great trip

    I had the best 3 days fishing I have had in a long time. The first day we only came away with 3 keeper bass about 2 pounds each.The second day I found the bass in shallow water stumps and caught 30+ bass but only 11 keepers. Most of them came on a suspending custom Rouge. I also caught several on a DT-6 painted in my LOZshad pattern. I only had one in the boat and of course I lost it.

    The 3rd day I had to go on a 3 mile nature walk with my wife :doh: that almost killed me. She says walking is good for me but it sure didn't feel good for me.:tooth: I still had time to do some crappie fishing and they are hot right now. Caught several 13" and had our limit in 3 hours.

    We had a great time. I wish I had the time to get to the lake more often.
