Idea for an OFF gathering

I and probably several others on this site belong to the Armed Forces Vacation Club. This allows us to rent a condo for about $350/week at a lot of resort areas. I have used it for guests or fishing trips at LOZ, Table Rock, Kentucky Lake, etc. The condos can usually sleep 4-6 people. Each member of the AFVC can rent only one condo. If we pool our resources, we could rent enough space to hold an OFF gathering. $350/week split among 4-6 people is really cheap. I suggest we come up with a convienent location and have a week long gathering. This would allow you to meet and fish with different members during the week. To make sure we can get enough accomodations, we need a long lead time. So, we are looking at next year. Condos book up well in advance and we would have to start the process fairly soon to do it next year? A couple of questions.
1) Is there enough interest?
2) Any other AFVC members willing to help with this?
3) The condos rent per week. Is this too long for the OFF members?
If we have interest, we need to pick several lakes and see if condos are available. Spring or fall is usually the best times as vacationers are fewer to compete with.

I like to fish Table Rock out of Kimberling Inn. If you are interested in a week of fishing the "Rock", let me know.
