I'm a high tech red neck now

    Last week I decided it was time for me to get a new cell phone. Went to the Verizon last Thursday and got a LG Ally. After playing with it for a few days, I decided I didn't like it so much. It's a smartphone with lots of bells & whistles, but the screen was small and I couldn't read the text very well. Took it back today and told the guy I wanted something I could see. I had been looking at some other phones on the Verizon website and had pretty much decided I wanted a Samsung Fascinate. He showed me one and it looked good, but then he said I needed to look at the Droid X. Well, needless to say, that's what I left with. I don't think I'll ever be smart enough to take advantage of all the capabilities of this thing, but at least the screen is big enough that I can read it. This freakin thing will do everything except catch fish! I did notice there are some fishing apps I can get for it. It's even got an 8 MP camera and a camcorder!
    I guess I'm gonna have to get Tarheel to show me how to use all this stuff.
