Intelligence Chief had to go

The Director of National Intelligence was asked to resign. He was a good man but had lost the confidence of the administration and congress. This is a political position and the position is not as powerful as it sounds. There is a short list of people acceptable to congress. Most of them are former or current heads of intelligence agencies and know the business. The one I am rooting for was my former boss. Long as the prez picks one of these folks and doesn't make a true POLITICAL choice who is unqualiified, I will be happy. After the selection, I will voice what I think of the choice.
