is it time to get out of Korea?....

we have poured thousands of American lives and billions of dollars into south Korea and I can't see where we really have accomplished anything....we pretty much had same situation in Vietnam before we wised up and washed our hands of that country...I'm not sure if things are better or worse in Vietnam but we don't have some punk dictator threatening us with nuclear weapons nor do we have our troops in harms way...
is it maybe time to take a hard look at just what we are accomplishing by interceding in other countries affairs?
