Am I wrong but isn't this just BS. Here we have a 20 year girl drunk in a bar illegally I believe most likely flirting with Big Ben because he is famous but also drunk. She claims he sexually assaulted her but if I read this correctly he exposed himself to her and she said no then said no again and he left. Never actually having sex with her. The DA says not enough evidence for charges so he drops the cause. Now the NFL wants to suspend him.


I am not giving him a pass he obviously needs to act better than he has but what did he do. It was his birthday he was parting and trying to pick up a college girl and get a little . Where is the problem with that. Did we not learn anything from the Duke lacrosse case
