Last Homegrown Tomatoes

A freeze scheduled for tonight so it was time to pick the last crops from the garden.
6 Butternut Squash: will last in the basement for about 3 months
3 Acorn Squash: will last about 1 month
18 Heirloom Tomatoes: all green and when placed into a paper bag will gradually turn red. 2 Months

By the way, the local stores sold heirloom tomatoes for $3.99-5.99 per pound this season. A good reason to grow your own.
