Livid!

Where the hell has customer service gone to these days. I have spent the last two days attempting to get an on-going issue since the beginning of the month resolved and then I find out today some other bone head screwed something up that we have been waiting for for a month now.

So wife took her Liberty in on the 4/6 to get tires put on as tread was low. 4/8, overhead monitor reads low tire pressure, she fills the one tire back to 35psi, 4/10 same thing, again she refills the one tire. 4/15, overhead monitor low pressure again, calls tire place back, they tell her bring in that afternoon. Takes it in tire remounted and resealed. Next morning, guess what, low tire pressure, same tire down to 17 psi, had previously been in the mid 20's.

4/16 She calls the store back again, mgr agrees to replace that tire and after some hemming he refunds her $40. They take the tire back, valve stem is bad. Replace valve stem and tpms sensor. Told to drive it 15 mins above 50 mph and tmps should synch up with computer.

4/18, overhead monitor still reading low tire pressure, wife works a good 30 min drive from home and drove past work to ensure she had the time/speed covered.

4/19 as we are looking over the vehicle we notice both a missing lugnut and the center hubcab is missing from the rear wheels.

4/21, she calls and speaks to mgr again informing him of the overhead monitor light still on and the missing lugnut and center cap. They used an aftermarket tpms sensor so they will order the new tpms sensor, lugnut and hubcap from dealership.

4/26 she takes vehicle in for the new sensor, etc. Told it should only take a couple mins of drive time, issue should be solved. She drives home good 15 min highway drive time, light still on. I drive it when I get home another 20+ mins, light still one but now has changed to check tpms system. Upon further inspection they also used the center hub cap from the spare for the one missing cap even though wife was told a new one would be ordered for the vehicle.

Yesterday, I call the customer service line for the company and speak with their customer service rep, who completely understands our issue and offers to pay for any diagnostic charges and repairs if issue was caused by them and a new center cap and refund us $150. I ask him to put that into writing and email it to me. Hadnt received the email by this morn, so I call him back,leave a message for him to call me to let me know if email had been sent. No call back. At noon I call him again, Oh yeah I sent it at 1030 this morn, well I dont have it. He spells my email address out to me, no thats wrong, I spell it out phonetically for him. He says may take a couple mins since it has to go thru exchange. 40 mins later I call him back, no email, here is a fax number send it there. Finally fax is received.

Why should it take 5 visits to a store/dealership to get something that should have been done the first time? Why cant people do their jobs right the first time. Even if we had to go back a 2nd time bc the valve stem was leaking, ok, lil annoyed but 5 times.

Ok rant over, still want to punch people in the throat.
