Lowrance Custmer Sevice is a joke

    My 522c died:Mad:. So I called them and told I brought it 6-9-09 but didn't put it in the boat till Oct 09 and didn't even use it till this spring. Long story short 349.00 to repair it. I am 60 days out of warrenty.:doh: I didn't use my boat since june. How was a guy to know? I asked them why Linda Colt use to take care of us and the rep went crazy. This isn't the first time someone has ask them this question. Told them if that is the best they can do I will replace it with a Hummingbird and then the rep got rude. Lowrance just so you know you just lost me never will i buy anything from you guys.It would be something else but water leaking into these units is a know problem. You think they would step up to the plate.:Mad:
