In all my years of living around High Rock Lake I have never met this man until today. I decided to go out a couple hours this evening and put in at the local marina Tamarac. While standing in line I over hear these three guys talking. One of them turns to the other and says "He had the fastest bassboat on the lake" well me being curious and all I peeked out the window to see what kind of Bullet or Allison he had. I didnt see one so I had to ask what kind of boarthe had and he just pointed down to the pier. I looked a second time thinking I missed something. There sets a older Triton tr21 and a Stratos. So I asked how he liked his Stratos and laughed and said that was his buddies and smerked. He begin to tell me about his special Triton that was built as a test boat with a 250 Proxb that was in Bass and Walleye. I didnt have to say much he volunteered most of the info. Told him to be careful and would seen him on the water. I thought surely after he saw me put in he would quietly move along. Next thing I here is "Hey my buddies wont to see me open this thing up you want to run em" I said to myself I wont have any thing for the fastest boat on the lake. For the local guys they know the distance. From the Tamarac to Starnes he was about 20 boats back. Somewhere around game warden cove he must of gave up because once I let off at 103 he was no where around. When I went back to check on him his only response was he now had the second fastest boat on the lake. I had to explain three times no the second fastest was home in my garage. Guess what he didn't believe that either.

Oh I caught 5 by the way. Storm had them turned on a little
