Mighty proud!!

When I lived in Statesboro, GA, my wife was a Professor there at Georgia Southern University. I was kinda lost and bored, but I fished alot. Well, was at the College "Lake" on campus one day and was smacking them good. This kid walks up to me and we get to talking about fishing. He wanted to know if I ever Tx fished and whatnot. Told him Yes, and he wanted to know if I would come to a meeting of their college bass fishing club. After a few weeks, they asked if I would be an Advisor for them. I said "Sure!" Helped coordinate Tx's for them with Lodging and Fees and etc... Would go out with some of them and teach them "How to's" How to better use their Depthfinders, GPS', how to pattern fish and conditions, just working with them and helping them and sharing my knowledge and experience. they had some succeses, fished the Nationals the last 2 years just getting there by qualifying and such.

Well, they asked me about Chickamauga bout 3-4 weeks ago. Went up there one weekend and fished it and see what I could find. All I found was deep stuff. Caught some, best 5 being around 14-15lbs. Told them the news and such and forgot about the Tx. Well, I get this on my Face book page yesterday....
