    was just on Meet the Press. I was looking for positive statements about working together with Dems to end this mess. What I heard was that the Republicans were willing to work with the Dems but only if the Dems agreed to do what the Repubs wanted. Nothing will get done if every side is entrenched in it's position. Both sides will have to give a little. I hope after the new congress is installed, both parties start looking after the national interest. Time is precious in these times. More time wasted, the longer to dig out of the hole. Not a Republican bashing here, just want realistic goals good for all of us. If an idea is good for the nation, I don't care if it comes from the Dems or Repubs or the I Need to Scratch my A** party.
    And John Kerry---he is so entrenched, he needs to go in the next election.
