Mmmm fresh apple crisp

So Sunday after the wife picked me up at the airport, we took the kids to a local orchard to pick fresh apples. We ended up with Macoun apples and Mrs hsb made some fresh apple crisp with them. Some of the apples will be for lunches for the two younger hsb's and some Mrs hsb will put in the crock pot to make homemade apple sauce.

And what goes better with apple crisp, but a big ole heaping pile of vanilla ice cream. Enjoy your lunches guys.
