Mmmm, pulled pork

    cd4th Shoot first, shoot again

    Put a couple of shoulder roasts (picnic cut) in the smoker this morning about 6am. Pulled them out around 6:30 tonight. I was supposed to be making them for a birthday get-together tomorrow, but I couldn't help having a bit of it tonight for supper. Oh, man......TASTY!! :rock_on::rock_on: Used a rub that I normally use for ribs, and it has to be one of my best turnouts yet for pulled pork with a perfect bark on it. Heavenly.....:dancing_banana:
