NC lottery

    Let's see if this makes sense to anyone. Someone asked the question to a local TV news channel, where does the money for the NC Educational Lottery go. Here is how they broke it down: Only 35% goes to education. Of that 35%, 50% goes to class room reduction, 40% to construction and 10% to scholarships.

    They never did say where the other 65% goes.
